Extra persons payment $100
A 30% deposit on
total tariff is payable at time of booking
and a Credit Card number
(for security) is required to confirm booking. Balance of total amount is
required at least 21 days prior to booking
date. If payment is being made by direct bank account
credit, a further $200 bond must be paid, or a pre-authorised credit card
provided, prior to check-in. Payment of the 30% deposit constitutes your
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Once a booking has
been confirmed, all other enquiries for that date are automatically turned
away therefore cancellations will incur a fee of all or part of your deposit
and/or a cancellation fee of $50.00. This is entirely dependent on the
notice given for the cancellation and whether the property can be re-let for
the cancelled period, with no loss to Kangaroo Creek Retreat. In the
event of a re-let that covers the full cost of the booking, a cancellation fee
of $50 will be charged to cover administration and extra advertising.
Short notice cancellations where no re-let is possible will incur 100% loss of
tariff.

All damages, losses
and excessive cleaning will be charged for
Bond
of at least $200 may be payable by credit card
pre-authorisation or bank transfer at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will
be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the house being left
in good order and undamaged. This is
designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to,
any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond
those declared ..etc.

Kangaroo Creek
Retreat is a farm style property and due care is advised with regards to
on-site fences, dams and local fauna
Guests are welcome to look through the vineyard, however please do not take
cuttings. During harvest it is okay to pick grapes, with prior
permission from the Managers/owners.
Guests must exercise caution when on the property with appropriate clothing
and protection for bush walking worn at all times
Children must be supervised at all times

We
love animals, however because we have an abundance of wildlife at Kangaroo Creek
Retreat we do need to be careful as to the kind of animals we allow to accompany
our guests, just in case they scare our precious wildlife away. Please
contact us via email or phone and let us know what type of animal/s you would
like to bring with you and we will let you know if we think it is a good mix. We
reserve the right to charge a "pet bond" for certain types of animals.
